AGRI INVESTMENT & FUNDING

EUNITE played an active role in this Polish agri investment project. First we created the business plan, as demanded by our customer’s bank for acquiring funding. Based on the details in the business plan, the bank funding was secured.

POLISH LTD AND BOOKKEEPING

After securing the funding, EUNITE established the new Polish company  for our customer. Due to the fact a site was missing, the company was preliminary situated at EUNITE’s office in Warsaw. In addition EUNITE also organised the regular mandatory bookkeeping.

PRODUCTION LOCATION POLAND

The next step consisted of acquiring a new Polish production location. Based on our customer’s requirements, EUNITE identified locations that matched our customers need. Together with our customers we visited the various rural locations. After the final location was chosen, we supported its management actively during negotiations and we provided legal support in the acquisition process.
