EUNITE also participates in investment projects itself. We have been investing in our own greenfields and we have been participating in existing companies.

OWN GREENFIELDS

EUNITE has been a founding investor for its own greenfields in emerging markets, for instance in Ukraine and in Mozambique. In such occassions EUNITE created investors’ prospectuses that matched the high demands of such private investors. Next we identified, approached and persuaded potential private investors to co-invest. Despite the very high risk profile of our own investments, we have been able to realise combinations of our own cash funding with private investors’ cash funding under difficult conditions. Alltogether resulting in successful companies with substantial critical mass.

PARTICIPATION : OWN MERGER & ACQUISITIONS

Next to realising our own greenfields, EUNITE has also been participating in existing organisations. Our funding in existing organisations consisted both of cash investments as well as in kind investments. The majority of such participations consist of companies based in the Netherlands.
